Our new training and meeting room facilities are ideally situated in central Dorset in Poundbury, Dorchester, with good bus services to town and the station, and free street parking.
We have a large training room, a board room, a smaller meeting room, and several counselling rooms.
Not only do you get a cost-effective and convenient venue for your event or meeting, but you support the crucial work of STARS Dorset at the same time!
Training room
Our bright and modern training room has the following maximum capacities for attendees, plus facilitators:-
- Cabaret (tables of 6) – 36
- Theatre (rows facing the front) – 48
- Board (horseshoe with gap towards screen) – 18
Facilities included:
- Large TV screen with Airplay (Apple) or ScreenShare (Windows)
- Forward-facing camera to allow hybrid meetings
- Flipchart, paper and pens
- Guest wifi

Teas, coffee and biscuits per delegate: £5

Board room
Our board room can be arranged in the following formats: –

Small meeting room
A small meeting room suitable for up to 6.
This room is adjacent to our main training room and is convenient if you would like a breakout or team room at the same time. It is not available separately when the training room is in use.

Counselling rooms
We have several small rooms available for private support sessions. Each is comfortably furnished to create a relaxed and welcoming environment for a maximum of 3 people.
